Our Cost
From our initial briefing call, we will provide you with a fixed hourly price for your temporary member of staff, based upon the nature of the role, and the salary that we pay them. Our margin cost (fee) is then fixed for your company, regardless of your business location.
Our prices start from just £19.15* per hour and includes the pay rate, employment taxes, holiday pay and pension costs.
We will also provide a copy of our flexible contract terms for your review and authorisation.

Our Commitment to Quality
Once you are happy with the suitability of the candidate(s) that we provide, we will then complete our onboarding process, including;
- Digital right-to-work checks via our Home Office approved, secure portal.
- Taking up references for at least 2 years or 2 previous job roles (whichever is longer).
- Checking professional qualifications through accredited bodies.
Should the chosen candidate fail to complete our onboarding process, we will seek an alternative suitable candidate for you.
Our Service Upon Commencement
Upon commencement, your selected representative will receive login details for our e-timesheet portal. Once your temporary professional has completed their working week, they will simply log their completed hours on the portal for you to authorise.
Your new temporary professional can be with you for as long as you need them for. Whether for a few weeks or a few months, it’s completely up to you!

Frequently Asked Questions
That’s fine – the best thing about our service is that it’s flexible. If you no longer have a need for your temporary member of staff then let us know, and we will cancel the contract immediately.
Don’t worry, we have a first-day guarantee policy! If you are unhappy with the performance of your temp during their first working day, we will cancel their contract, find a suitable replacement for you, and you will not be charged for that day. We also stay in regular contact with you throughout the assignment.
The Agency Workers Regulations (AWR) entitle agency temps to equality on pay, working hours and holiday entitlement, once they have completed an initial 12 weeks in an assignment. Generally speaking, we aim to pay our temporary professionals a comparative salary to a permanent employee, so this will make very little material difference to you. Your representative at Office Temps UK will be happy to explain this in more detail.
Not at all. All statutory payments are paid to the temp by us, and there are no additional or hidden costs to you at all.
No, temporary agency workers do not work on employment contracts. Our temps are hired on a Contract for Services. This is a flexible contract, enabling us to hire and release them for you at very short notice.
That is certainly an option. If our temp agrees to join you permanently, then we can action this for an agreed fee, detailed in the contract. This fee reduces depending upon the length of time you have hired the temp for, so please contact your representative for further details.
